Classical Hematology Positions at both TGH and USF

Classical Hematology Position at nationally ranked teaching facility with Hemophilia Treatment Center Tampa General Cancer Institute, one of the fastest-growing academic cancer centers in the state of Florida, is actively seeking applications for an early to mid-career physician with a clinical and research focus on benign hematology, including bleeding and clotting disorders, myeloproliferative disorders, cytopenias, and sickle cell. In addition to clinical responsibilities, candidates will have the opportunity to teach medical student, residents and fellows as well as collaborate with other investigators on cutting edge clinical and translational research. TGH Cancer Institute is closely affiliated with the University of South Florida Medical School, a highly ranked public research university which is nationally ranked in 6 specialties by U.S. News & World Report. Ranked top 10% in US News & reports and among the top cancer centers in Newsweek. TGH Cancer Institute is seeking NCI-designation. TGH Cancer Institute boasts a large tissue biobank and a rapidly expanding clinical trial infrastructure. Additionally, the cancer institute has rapidly growing stem cell transplant and CAR-T cell therapy programs. The compensation package for this position includes an excellent base salary along with a bonus structure.
